Booking RUles
Upon booking your appointment, a 25% refundable deposit must be paid to lock in your appointment and are first come, first served.
( Goes towards your session cost. )
↳ Rest of payment will be required for release of album.
We serve the Kansas City and Maryville areas but would love to travel beyond these areas to capture your story and will make arrangements for travel costs.
Any issues regarding the scheduling of your appointment must be 48 hours before.

Forfit booking fee deposit and cannot reschedule within the same week.
Inclement weather rescheduling will be considered.

For your desired event you will have package options with different offers that will offer more as you increase. You also have the option to add additional features to each package. Weather is uncontrollable and unpredictable to schedule around, and I am completely understanding and will work with you on rescheduling to another day. With emergencies, please email me at nathan.nodagraphy@gmail.com within 48 hours before our scheduled shoot to reschedule or cancel the shoot.
As I want to get you your product as fast as possible, I do have lots of other clients I work with as well.
I request you give me a 3-5 day turnaround time for photos and about a week for videos.
* Photos may arrive earlier depending on my workload, and please be patient with me.
The booking fee is 25% of your initial package to secure your appointment and is on a first come, first served basis. This fee goes towards your initial price.
After your appointment, the remaining price is required to receive access to the album.
